La Barocca Ciclostorica Iblea, often simply referred to as “La Barocca,” is the southernmost stage of the Giro d’Italia d’Epoca national series, dedicated to promoting heroic cycling across Italy.
“La Barocca” was established in 2023 by a group of vintage cycling enthusiasts who wanted to raise awareness of the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Ragusa province of Sicily.
The race allows participants to step back in time by cycling through places that have inspired artists and poets over the centuries and have served as sets for famous films and television productions.
La Barocca was at Eroica – Gaiole in Chianti 5-6 October 2024
La Barocca will be present at the Eroica to promote the national calendar of the Giro d’Italia d’Epoca. Come and visit us at the Giro d’Italia d’Epoca Stand.
Those who sign up for Barocca on the occasion of the Eroica will be able to enjoy important promotions.

Further, the passage of the brake wires must be external to the handlebars and the wheels must be mounted with low profile rims and at least 32 spokes.
